By participating in the Network, the Affiliate agrees to promote the OnlyFans pages of the Company’s models through various channels in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The Company will provide the Affiliate with proof of subscriptions as a reference for the commissions earned.
Commissions will be calculated based on the Company's tracking system which is retrieved directly from OnlyFans. Analytics displayed on any third party websites will not be considered in the final data. Any disputes must be submitted in writing two days after each payment period.
Note the commissions are calculated based on the net revenue generated from your unique campaign link. This excludes OnlyFans fees.
The Affiliate will promote the Company’s Onlyfans pages using their own marketing channels, methods, and creativity including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media platforms, email marketing, and any other promotional method.
The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate the agreed-upon commission from 25% to 50% revenue share of every paid subscriber OR $5 for each paid subscriber that the Affiliate refers to the Company's OnlyFans pages.
Payments will be processed and issued to the Affiliate on a weekly basis provided the payout is greater than ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00) unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Otherwise the payment will be deferred until the payout equals greater than ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00). The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment details to ensure prompt payment.
The Company retains all intellectual property rights associated with the OnlyFans pages, promotional materials, and marketing materials.
As an Affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company's provided promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our OnlyFans models during your participation in the affiliate program.
Both parties hereby agree that any confidential information shared by either party during the course of their working relationship shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party. The Affiliate explicitly acknowledges and understands that the unauthorized disclosure of any confidential information may result in legal action and other appropriate remedies.
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, for any reason, and the Affiliate will be entitled to receive unpaid commissions earned up to the date of termination.
